In 2025, we proudly celebrated 10 years of supporting young people to re-engage with learning in a flexible, supportive environment.

In January 2026, we opened our third campus in Nambour, expanding our reach across the Sunshine Coast. Looking ahead, we are planning further growth to meet the evolving needs of young people and communities.

We are seeking an experienced educational leader to join our Tribe as Head of Campus at Caloundra. Reporting directly to the State Principal, you will provide strategic direction, mentor a dedicated team of educators, and maintain strong community connections. Now in its seventh year, this campus is focused on consolidating its established success, making this role ideal for a proven leader who thrives on driving student re-engagement and educational stability within an inclusive independent school.

We are seeking an innovative curriculum leader to join our rapidly growing Nambour campus as Deputy Head. Working alongside the Head of Campus, you will take hands-on responsibility for curriculum management, academic standards, and campus compliance. This role offers an opportunity for an energetic educator with a passion for curriculum excellence to help foster a supportive learning environment.
