A workplace where purpose meets passion
At Kairos Community College, we believe education can transform lives. Our staff join because they share our purpose: creating safe, inspiring communities where young people thrive. Independent research confirms that Kairos is a collaborative, vibrant workplace where people grow and make a genuine difference.
Join a team that lives its values
Kairos is a supportive community that celebrates creativity and professional growth. We champion a mission-driven culture where every voice counts. As noted in our 2025 survey, staff feel valued and part of something bigger than themselves.
“Kairos is a place where I feel valued, supported, and part of something bigger than myself.”
(Staff survey comment, 2025)

In 2025, Kairos Community College celebrated 10 years of helping young people re-engage with learning. Building on this milestone, we opened our third campus in Nambour in January 2026 to expand our reach across the Sunshine Coast.
As we grow, we are seeking values-driven professionals committed to student wellbeing, academic success, and child safety.
Current Opportunities
Teacher aides are the beating heart of inclusive education. At Kairos Community College, these team members do far more than assist with classroom tasks… they build confidence, foster belonging, and help young people realise their full potential.
