We would like to welcome Abbey Henderson to our team, she has joined Kairos Caloundra for the remainder of the year as part of her social work placement and is already a valued part of the team. Working alongside our youth work staff, she is spending time in classrooms and common spaces, getting to know students and learning how the Kairos approach supports young people to thrive.
Abbey brings a genuine passion for working with young people and is eager to contribute wherever she can, whether that’s assisting with activities, lending a listening ear, or supporting projects that strengthen the college community. Her time with Kairos is giving her the opportunity to apply what she’s learning in her studies while experiencing the unique culture that makes Kairos special, and Abbey is excited to continue building connections with students, families, and staff at our Caloundra campus.
