A purpose-built future for Kairos Caloundra, funded by the Australian Government

Kairos Community College is proud to share that our new Caloundra campus building is being built with funding from the Australian Government under the Capital Grants Program. The funding is administered by the Queensland Independent Schools Block Grant Authority (BGA).

The project also received a BGA Master Planning Grant from the Australian Government. That grant helped us develop the master plan that shaped the design of the campus.

Construction is progressing well, and we expect Caloundra students and staff to move in before the end of the 2026 school year. It will be Kairos’s first purpose-built facility, designed around the needs of young people in Years 10 to 12 who are looking for a different path through their senior schooling.

We are very grateful to the Australian Government for investing in our students and in the Caloundra community. We look forward to celebrating the official opening with our community, and we’ll share the details once a date is confirmed.
